- Ensuring connected ad accounts comply with platform policies
- Providing accurate billing and contact information

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any advertising platform policies, or to distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content through your ad campaigns.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Utopia.ad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
